Spotted for the first time in Greenwich (CT)

I first found this 2020 Ferrari Portofino driving on West Putnam Avenue/US-1 on 11/7/2020 (photo 2). I found it again driving on Steamboat Road on 11/14/2020 (photos 3-4). I then found it again driving on West Putnam Avenue/US-1 and later driving down Greenwich Avenue on 11/21/2020 (photos 1 and 5-10). I think the plate is supposed to read as "See you later". The owner used to have a Maserati GranCabrio MC that I have spotted and will link in the comments below.
