Topspot: Ferrari Purosangue in Sankt Moritz

Ferrari entered the SUV market last year with the Purosangue. Without a doubt a bull's eye for Ferrari. Ordering now means that your car will not be delivered until well into 2024.

The Purosangue in question belongs to none other than John Elkann, the chairman of Ferrari. It is the first time that we see the Ferrari appear on the website without camouflage. And we've probably already angered Ferrari by calling the car an SUV. The Italians really don't want you to call the car that because the name Purosangue is Italian for thoroughbred. According to the brand, the SUV is therefore a thoroughbred Ferrari that is only a bit higher, longer and wider than many other Ferraris. We agree with them a little bit. Because in the front there is a big V12. Only the Rolls-Royce Cullinan has that, but it still operates in a different market. The Purosangue is especially sportier and the V12 has a different character than the one in the Cullinan. In this case it is good for 725 hp and 716 Nm of torque and without turbos!
