"The Italian Job" is a legendary action film from the 1960s in which an orange Lamborghini Miura makes an appearance in one scene. It looks exactly like this specimen that was seen here.

Did you know that the original movie car still exists in perfect condition? It currently resides in a stunning car collection in the tiny country of Liechtenstein. It has been meticulously restored and looks brand new. This specimen resembles it greatly, from the paint job that seems to be the exact same, the beautiful orange with the Miura's classic secondary color on the underside of the car. This magnificent example was spotted in Anholt, Germany, just two minutes from the Dutch border.
The Miura was named after the famous breeding bull "Miura," known for its fighting spirit. This reflects the sporty nature of the car. The Miura was one of the first road vehicles with a mid-engine layout. It was powered by a 3.9-liter V12 engine producing 350 horsepower, allowing it to achieve a top speed of around 280 km/h. The design of the Miura, crafted by Marcello Gandini at Bertone, was revolutionary, with its sleek, low-slung body and the raked front windshield giving the car a distinctive appearance.

The Miura made its debut at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show. The demand was high from the start, and the car was produced until 1973.
The interior of the Miura was relatively spartan, but the leather upholstery and the sports steering wheel gave it a touch of luxury. The Miura P400 was later succeeded by the Miura S, which had 370 horsepower, and eventually by the Miura SV (Super Veloce), which reached 385 horsepower. In total, only about 764 Miura models of all variations were built, making it a highly sought-after collector's item and a true legend of Lamborghini. For many car enthusiasts, it remains the most beautiful Lamborghini of all time. The Miura is now an extremely coveted collector's vehicle and can fetch prices in the millions at auctions. The current value of a P400 is currently around $1,500,000 to approximately $2,000,000.
Furthermore, the Miura is often seen as one of the first supercars and had a significant influence on the development of future high-performance vehicles.
