These are dreadful images that reached us from Dubai in recent days. Masses of cars that suffered complete water damage. The water spared no expense, even around the expensive sports cars. Here you can see all the spots of damaged vehicles.
It was a century rain that swept over Dubai. And that's quite unusual for this region because it hardly ever rains there. Not only did masses of rain come down, but much more than usual. The media talk about it being the biggest rainfall on record. The reason for this should be the weather manipulation of the Middle East. However, opinions on this matter differ. What is certain is that there were abnormal amounts of rain.
We have reported on this extraordinary situation twice already, and there are new spots from the region again. While they are indeed very sad images, they are being viewed exceptionally.

The first car to appear in this unfortunate situation was a matte black Lamborghini Urus. However, it had more luck than others because the Urus, as an SUV, has a significantly higher ground clearance than, for example, an SVJ. It should also be noted that on that day and at that location, there was significantly less water than on other days and in other places. There were pictures on the internet where the water was at least 1.5 meters deep. And even the highest car wouldn't help. Unless you attach a so-called snorkel to the car, then it could continue driving underwater. However, the entire car would have to be better sealed so that no water gets inside.

The second car was already the SVJ. That was, of course, a shock. Seeing such an extreme car in such adverse conditions is really not great. The next car was a Rolls-Royce Dawn. This vehicle is normally a very luxurious car. However, with this dirt and water, hardly any businessman would sit in it. The next vehicle is also somewhat more shocking. Because this is a relatively new McLaren 765 LT. Which probably also suffered considerable water damage. The last vehicle is also a McLaren, but it had a bit more luck because it seems it never really stood deep in the water. The layer of sand covering the entire vehicle tells us that. What hasn't emerged yet are hypercars. We certainly hope there are no involved hypercars, but the likelihood of affected hypercars seems relatively high. For example, videos circulate on the internet of a Pagani Utopia battling through extremely high water.
