Spotted: BMW M5 F10 30 Jahre Edition in Down Under

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the BMW M department, BMW decided to build a limited edition of the most powerful M5 ever, the 30 Jahre Edition. BMW built only 300 copies of this model and the first copy ever in Australia has now been spotted.

The special version is painted in the BMW Individual colour Frozen Dark Silver metallic. The grill, door handles and exhausts are painted in Black Chrome. In the interior we will find a lot of alcantara. Eventually you will also notice the 30 Jahre logos to show you that this isn't just an ordinary M5. Next to that you will also feel that this isn't a standard M5 when you floor the pedal. Instead of 560 hp, the engine produces 600 hp. This extra power is gained thanks to adjustments to the turbos and the ECU. With 600 hp this is the strongest M5 ever. We don't know how many copies headed 'down under' but we guess that it will only be a few.
