Russians choose for a V12-engine in the Mercedes-Benz GL-Class

The more exclusive and more expensive, the better, that's what Russians think. You can see this decadent living in the south of France where the new rich of Russia settled down massively. The Monegasc football club is bought by a Russian and the Villa Leopolda in Villefranche-Sur-Mer was bought by a Russian for 560 million euros. A spotted Mercedes-Benz GL-Class in Monaco shows that Russians are only pleased with the best and most exclusive.

The GL-Class below is modified by a company called MKB. This guys will do even more extreme things to the car than Brabus does. First, the customer has to buy a GL 500 and 220.000 euros. The tuner will drop a V12-engine into that, which pumps up the power up to 680 bhp. That's way more powerful than the 557 bhp strong GL 63 AMG. This particular copy however, has another 50 bhp extra. If we can believe the internet, this copy is even more exclusive than the standard V12-conversion by MKB. The tuner spread out carbon fiber all over the exterior and the in the interior we can find a logo which says 'Limited Edition, 1 of 1'. To finish the appearance, a set of ADV.1 wheels is mounted, it became a must for any exclusive cars. The car shows that the Russians aren't satisfied with the very best of Mercedes-Benz.
