If you wonder, why this car looks like this: It is a rental car for movie productions. If they need to simulate police cars, this company called "Actionteam Leon" give cars, that look like police cars with blue lights etc, just like this Porsche 911. In the normal traffic, the blue lights of course has to be out and with something over them.
