Perfect for a burnout: Callaway Corvette SC606

There are several companies who are willing to tune your Corvette in the United States of America. The big names are Lingenfelter and Callaway. A Callaway version was spotted in Miami, the Callaway Corvette SC606. We are talking about a real monster which still is road legal.

It costs a lot of money but eventually you also get a lot of fun. The Corvette Grand Sport Convertible costs only 59.000 dollars in the United States of America and when you pay another 22.995 dollars, Callaway will tune your Corvette. The most important part is the Roots-style TVS2300 Supercharger which will give you almost the same amount of power as the ZR1! Other changes are a carbon fiber ‘powerdome’ on the hood with ‘Supercharged’ logos on it. The Callaway SC606 also has a new exhaust system. Callaway has a large list of options which really improve the car. An Eibach chassis, a Le Mans GT braking package, O.Z. wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tyres and sports seats. The more options the more the price of the car will rise up to 100.000 dollars. Callaway makes the Corvette sprint to 100 km/h in only 3.4 seconds and the Quarter Mile will be finished in eleven seconds.
