Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 Coupe by Wheelsandmore

The Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 Coupe is truly a case of love it or hate it. While one person might absolutely fall in love with it, the other feels a bit of sick coming up in his/her mouth. Tuner Wheelsandmore tries to convince the last group of people with their vision on AMG's elephant man, but is their magic enough to make the GLE Coupe truly desirable?

So, what's changed? Not really that much on the exterior. The tuner only added some new wheels, which is perfectly in line with the name of the company. Where's the 'more' then? It's all under the bonnet. The 5,5-litre biturbo-V8 from AMG has been tuned to 792 hp and 1150 nm's of torque. Good lord, that's almost enough to draw the planet Mars a bit closer to earth. Those are serious figures, which have been achieved by an ECU-upgrade, bigger turbochargers, an improved intake, sport catalytic converters and a new exhaust system.

Acceleration times and a top speed are not provided by the company, but it's apparent that this castle on wheels will go like stink. The total cost of the modifications? €19,328 euro's. Seems more than fair for the amount of modifications and extra oompfh you get. Who cares about the look of the car anyway? You're sitting inside of it and you have more than enough power to run from the reflection in the windows at the side of the street.
