Gespot in de stilte voor de storm, het werd al schemerig en de onweerswolken deden daar een schepje bovenop. Eerst spot voor mij met het nieuwe Belgische persoonlijk kenteken. Spotted in the silence before the storm, while it was twilight. This is the first spot with the new personal Belgian lisenceplate for me.
