BMW's 1-Serie M Coupé standard already has 340 hp, enough to have a lot of fun and drive a fast lap on the track. It’s a coupé which is made just for pure driving. For LEIB Engineering, the power of 340 hp wasn’t enough so their technicians started working on a power boost for the BMW.
The N54B30 engine, a twin-turbo six-cylinder engine, has a lot of options and that’s exactly what LEIB Engineering shows us with two more powerful versions. One version produces 400 and the other one even 500 hp. That extra power is gain by modifying the turbos, optimizing the ECU and mounting a SuperSprint exhaust system. With 500 hp, the car has a top speed of 306 kph.
