What is the likelihood of seeing a Bugatti in Russia?

It is becoming increasingly difficult in the Russian spotter scene to see a hypercar. A few years ago, it seemed like there were more opportunities. It's definitely quite special to see a hypercar appear in Moscow now.

Spotter Comfyqq must have been quite amazed when he saw this Veyron. It's been a good six years since the last Veyron was spotted in Moscow, and that's quite a long time. The one before that was over 10 years ago. But you can't deny that there are a few Bugattis in Moscow. In total, there are over 10 modern Bugattis based in Russia. Looking at it from a spatial perspective, that's nothing. If you compare it to Monaco, there are between 40 and 50 (including visitors). In terms of area, Russia is a bit larger than Monaco. Monaco would fit into the area of Russia 8,250,000 times. These are astronomical numbers. If you were to calculate the density of Bugattis, there should be about 330,000 Bugattis spread across Russia. Unfortunately, this doesn't quite add up technically, as there aren't even that many Bugattis in existence.

Since we're already dealing with theoretical math here, in Monaco there are about 0.01 Bugattis per m², which is an enormous amount. In Russia, there are only 0.0000005 Bugattis per km². What we see here is that the likelihood of seeing a Bugatti in Russia is practically zero. Thus, the photographer can really consider himself lucky to have seen this Bugatti.
