Although the Huayra is now 11 years old, it seems to be a completely timeless car. It is a work of art on four wheels.
The design of the car was perfected over the course of five years to find the beginning and end of every line. During this study, eight scale models and two 1:1 models were created, each one an evolution of its predecessor in an endless pursuit of perfecting the form and refining the substance.
The bi-xenon headlights are just one of the many valuable gifts from the Zonda R, and LED daytime running lights seamlessly integrate into the elliptical shape of the design. The rear bumper is integrated into the diffuser and is dominated by an elliptical frame that surrounds the four central exhaust outlets, now becoming a characteristic Pagani element.
Mercedes-AMG provides the heart for the Pagani Huayra. The 60-degree 12-cylinder turbocharged engine with a displacement of 5980 cm3 was not only developed to meet the highest technical and quality requirements but also to give the vehicle many faces.
The tranquility and harmony when driving one of the most sophisticated GT cars in the world are interrupted when the driver calls upon the Pagani Huayra to unleash its 700 horsepower and 1000 Nm of torque. The turbos were designed to respond instantly to the slightest throttle input, giving the driver full control over the engine at any RPM and avoiding unwanted delays in power delivery.
