The Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 S received a facelift last month. Less than a month later, the car that is more for the rear passengers was spotted in Nürburg.
This Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 S is still a test car from Mercedes-AMG itself, but we no longer see any camouflage. On the outside, the updates are minimal. New headlights and taillights can be found and the grille is slightly different. The real party is in the cabin. The MBUX multimedia system provides two screens for the rear passengers to control everything. You can call this a moving disco because there is enough power to charge laptops via USB C. As a driver, you have nothing to complain about either. 612 hp and 850 Nm of torque is available under the right foot. This is achieved by the well-known 4.0 liter V8 engine in combination with a 48v mild hybrid system that helps the car get started from a standstill. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is 4.2 seconds, while the top speed is 250 km/h (electronically limited). 280 km/h is possible with the optional AMG Driver's Package.
