Back in the 70s, there was an Aston Martin Lagonda that has since achieved cult status. Although its angular design is not to everyone's taste, it can be said that it has a relatively large fan base. So large that Aston Martin designers decided in 2015 to produce a car inspired by this Lagonda. The Lagonda Taraf emerged from this decision.
The popularity of the Lagonda Taraf is much greater than that of the 1979 Lagonda. Its design is much rounder and, of course, much more modern. Based on the Rapide, it is also extremely sporty. But that's not surprising because the vehicle is a genuine Aston Martin. Unfortunately, Lagonda Tarafs are very rare. Instead of the 100 units planned for the Middle East, another 100 were produced for the rest of the world. Its price was also intriguing. When it was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show over 10 years ago, it was offered for over $700,000. Then prices rose to over a million dollars. Meanwhile, prices have dropped somewhat to about $800,000. That's still $100,000 more than the purchase price.
We were able to see this beautiful red specimen for the very first time. A red Lagonda Taraf has never been uploaded to this site in general. It is said to be one of only a few red ones. Only two or three are said to still exist in this color. However, there is no trace of any of them. This magnificent specimen was spotted in Ridderkerk in the Netherlands.
