Accidents happen every day on the race track, where very expensive cars veer off course and end up in the foliage. This GT3 RS likely had an accident on the racetrack as well. The damage looks quite severe.
The GT3 RS is typically a purebred racing vehicle that also happens to have road legal status. If you attend a track day at the raceway, you can see many GT3 vehicles. If you're not familiar enough with the track or, on the other hand, if you push the limits or sometimes if accidents just happen, cars end up off the road. However, not much happens if it just comes to a stop on the grass. But if it collides with the barriers, significant damage can occur.
We hope that this GT3 RS will be made roadworthy again and is back on the track soon.
