Americans and the desert isn’t always a perfect combination. Luckily, this time it is! TheCarHotel had the opportunity to do a photoshoot with a SRT Viper GTS in the desert in Dubai. An American supercar looking for success.
Last year, only 591 customers received the keys of their SRT Viper. For now, only these persons are interested in this brute. Will it all be over for the Viper? Will the smaller and more powerful engines win from the well-known slogan “there’s no substitute for cubic inches”? Look at the Audi RS for example, who choose a 4.0 liter V8 biturbo or a Nissan GT-R with a compact 3.8 liter V6 producing 550 hp. Still, the Viper with its 8.4 liter V10 is a unique type of supercar. It’s probably one of the last in its kind.
There’s still a ‘Redneck’ in Dubai who prefers this SRT Viper instead of Lamborghini or Porsche. It’s also possible that the owner is an American who lives in Dubai. The owner took the car and the photographers from TheCarHotel to a beautiful location outside Dubai where they managed to make the following beautiful photos!
