In Zurich, several Bugattis have been on the road for a while, but only a few have been Pur Sport models so far. This is only the third Pur Sport seen in downtown Zurich, and the very first one on Autogespot.
Until now, there were a blue Chiron Pur Sport, which belonged to Bugatti itself, spotted two years ago, and a bright orange one spotted in Zurich from the famous therealpearlcollection. However, neither of them was uploaded to Autogespot.
This particular Pur Sport, currently cruising around Zurich, comes from Munich and was also seen there not too long ago.
The Chiron Pur Sport is powered by an 8.0-liter W16 engine equipped with four turbochargers. This engine produces a breathtaking 1,500 horsepower (1,103 kW) and a maximum torque of 1,600 Newton-meters.
Compared to the standard Chiron, the Pur Sport has a higher RPM limit of 6,900, providing a more intense driving experience. The Pur Sport was designed with a focus on lightweight construction, incorporating the use of carbon fiber and other lightweight materials to reduce the vehicle's weight, thereby enhancing agility and handling.
The aerodynamics of the Chiron Pur Sport have been optimized specifically for improved road grip and higher speeds, featuring a large rear wing and numerous aerodynamic improvements. The Pur Sport comes with a specially tuned sport suspension featuring firmer dampers and improved ground contact, allowing for more precise steering and more direct handling.
Although the Chiron Pur Sport is primarily focused on road performance, it still achieves impressive top speeds, limited to 350 km/h.
