The beautiful beach, the Art Deco buildings in Miami Beach and the endless colourful sport cars. Everything in Miami is about being seen and to see the luxury lifestyle. We met up with the MPH Club recently to get a sense of the Miami Beach experience.

We met up with the MPH Club recently to get a sense of the Miami Beach experience.
Back in January I visited Miami Beach for the first time. While it was winter in Europe the sun was shining in Miami. Throughout the year there is almost always good weather, with a minimum around 20 degrees while it can ben really hot and humid during summer. The winter isn’t something you can find in Miami Beach. The sense of the wealth of Miami Beach you get when you drive to the city from Downtown Miami. You pass the famous harbour and the islands with the mansions while being surrounded by palmtrees. The convertible is the perfect car for the city. Some cities give you a feeling you need to experience personally. The city is so dynamic, alive and full of energy. In the Miami area you can find a sport cars all over the place, a lot of rental cars like the Ford Mustang and the Chevrolet Camaro but the wealthy people have to go to the MHP Club to get your sport car for your holiday. We meet with Kirk from the MPH Club at the small airport Opa Locka an airport where you can find more mostly private jets from millionaires that travel to Miami for holiday. The MPH Club delivers luxury in the city like no one else, from private jets, luxury estates till the sports cars and supercars. When people arrive in their private jet they can jump directly in a Ferrari or Lamborghini to go to Nikki Beach for a party. The club has a wide range of cars that fit perfectly in town, from Rolls-Royce, Audi and the Italian brands. Some clients are the rich that want to have suitable transport in town while others want to have the experience to drive in town with an exotic. Miami Beach is all about luxury and having this tropical experience. You have the islands with huge multimillion dollar mansions where a lot of celebrities live and in South Beach there are many beautiful apartments with prices that start well over a million dollar for a few square feet. Life is good but expensive in Miami Beach. This is the city where you can find hypercars like the Lamborghini Veneno and Bugatti Veyron. And most of the cars have a beautiful shiny color.
Exotic cars like the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 and BMW i8 are made for this town. While you go to Germany for a blast on the German highway you use these cars in a total different way in Miami, especially Miami Beach. The legendary Ocean Drive is a place where you see these cars cruising around all day long, loud music and winged doors like these two beauties that we took for small drive to take some photos. Back in January I drove another i8 in Miami and the way this car is being used over here is totally different. The looks count, a car needs to look good. With the extravagant styling of the i8, the pointy nose and the stunning doors it is one of those cars that feels at home in town. You don’t need to have a lot of cylinders to have fun, because where ever you go, people are watching you. The Lamborghini is another level supercars, is screams for attention with the massive body and the loud V12 engine that has 700 hp. You are never able to use the horsepower in town with a speedlimit of 30 mph. A Lamborghini is the ultimate ‘straight in your face’ show off car that tells people you are rich and you don’t care. A Rolls-Royce is a much more elegant and timeless kind of car. What grabs you? And what is that feelings? I think personally the Collins Avenue has one of the most iconic sceneries from town, the big hotels, the waterside with the big yachts, the palm trees. When you are driving around in town with the roof down, some good summer music you just feel good. There is like one word that describes the city the best way, Magic City. We’ll be back in town again in summer to bring you another Miami experience.
