Since the first Ferraris, there have been companies that transformed sports cars. Back in the days, it were companies like Michelotto and Straman while the current markets are dominated by names like Novitec Rosso and Mansory. Back in the days, it was all way more elegant.

In Marbella, spotter Mazy spotted one of the rare Ferraris which was converted by Straman. Only three unqiue copies can be found on Autogespot. The Straman is at the perfect place in Marbella and this car takes you back to the eighties. It was a real playboy car in the eighties, a Ferrari which reminded everybody of Miami Vice.

Ferrari and Pininfarina decided that the legendary Testarossa wouldn't be available as a Spider and not everybody liked this decision. Richard Straman accepted the challenge and knew it would be a success. It was one of the best coachbuild projects by an external company.

By removing the roof, the back of the Testarossa looks even wider. That's probably why this Straman conversion is so special. The car looks like a piece of art and in a few years, these cars will be sold for a lot of money. A lot of fanatics will definitely prefer this Testarossa Straman over a 458 Spider!
