Movie: Bugatti Veyron 16.4 stopped by police
Rules are there to be followed. The world would look completely different if you could do whatever you wanted to do. Even if you own a Bugatti Veyron 16.4 you still have to obey the rules. The owner of the following Veyron doesn’t agree with that and thought he could drive around without a license plate on his expensive car. The police officer on his bike didn’t agree with the owner and stopped him to make clear that this is not allowed.
