Are you spotted?
It has to be as easy as possible. We, Autogespot, are aware of that. A new function for the owner, spotter or fanatic is available since this weekend. You can now search a car via its license plate. A while ago, all license plates were placed in a database and this is now paying off for the visitors of our website. We can see that our database is filled very well, when we look at the spotted Lamborghini’s in the Netherlands.
We have checked the registry with all the spotted Lamborghini Murciélago’s in the Netherlands and we can see that 94 percent of all the Dutch Lamborghini Murciélago’s are in our database! That is something to be proud of!

If you are the owner:
You are the owner of a spot-worthy vehicle. Earlier it was quite hard to find your own car between all the spots on the website. Now you can just enter your license plate which gives you an overview of all the spots of your car. Very neat if you have seen some spotters the other day and you’re curious about their pictures.
You are the upcoming owner:
You are planning to buy a spot worthy car. Of course you want to know how this car looks on the streets. You can just enter the license plate and see how the car looks like and, maybe even more important, looked like before.
You are a car fanatic:
If you are a car fanatic this new function may also come in Handy. You came back from a day full of spotting and you’ve seen a beautiful car, but you’re not sure about the exact type of the car. You can just enter the license plate and you will find the car and its specifications.
You are a spotter:
This new function also has benefits for you as a spotter. The field for the license plate has been placed higher on the upload form. When you enter the license plate, the brand and type of the car will be filled automatically when the car has been spotted before. This makes uploading your spot a lot easier. Next to that, you will instantly know if your spot is double or not.
